…but never came back after graduating from Law School and now
resides in the 3rd Cong.
District in a exclusive residential area, where he cannot even vote for
himself.
…including six years fighting for the rights of large corporations
to win in court.
·
“In the
last 6 years alone, I have helped my clients obtain over a quarter of a
billion dollars ($250,000,000) in recoveries” ”… helping The Mulligan Law Firm pass the astounding record of over a
half-a billion dollars of damages recovered for injured claimants.”
…”quarter of a
billion?”…”half a billion?”...which is it?
·
“In his first six years of
practice, Eric was an employment litigation lawyer for Fortune 500
corporations for the prestigious Dallas law firms of Haynes and Boone,
L.L.P. and Hughes & Luce, L.L.P.”
…. where he conveniently does not tell us how much in settlements
he won for those large corporations he represented.
·
“Twice Eric was appointed to the Texas
Education Commission’s committee that ranked Charter School applications for
the purpose of creating new Charter Schools.”
…appointed by Republican Rick Perry, we can assume, to a job which
will make him the darling of all the teachers of the public schools.
…because he does not want
Democratic voters to know how he would deal with these issues?
…now doesn’t that sound
just like a Republican alarmist?
…a group committed to reforming the tax code to give the Middle
Class a break? I don’t think so.

My loyal fellow Democrats:
When
you go to the polls on March 4th , you will be voting for who you
think has the best chance of beating Pete Session in November. Is that person
1)
Another TRIAL LAWYER, a member of a profession with a
lower approval rate than George Bush,
2)
A person who cannot vote for himself because he took his
family outside Dallas County and does not send them to Dallas Public
schools,
3)
A person who sees himself as a CONSERVATIVE, not a moderate
as is STEVE LOVE,
4)
A person who has VOTED REPUBLICAN consistently since
1996?
If you
want a REAL Democrat – an FDR Democrat – not REPUBLICAN-LITE, a
life-long Democrat who believes in sound fiscal management, AND an
economy built from FAMILIES and SMALL BUSINESSES UP, not GIANT
CORPORATIONS and FAT CATS DOWN, then you need to vote for STEVE
LOVE, someone who was a Democrat before being a Democrat was cool… a person
who is not a one-trick pony but someone with broad life experiences… a former
clergyman, educator and businessman with a common touch but tough enough to
stand up to lobbyists and fight for families and the Middle Class. Give the voters in November a REAL CHOICE
not between Tweedle Dee or Tweedle Dum.
Support me in the primary and send the pseudo-Democrat and Pete packing!
